This simple calculator works out the fees and costs for your remortgage.

To obtain a quote, select the alternatives in 1 and 3 and insert the amount of new mortgage in 2. Then click “Get Quote”.

1. Freehold or Leasehold		Select freehold leasehold
2. Amount of new Mortgage	£	The amount of new mortgage of the property. Whole pounds only - no commas, decimal points or pence.
3. Local Search Fee		Select a council from the pull-down list or select "other" which gives an approximate cost of a search in other areas.
