If you are selling

In order to speed up your sale:

• You need to complete the Seller's Property Information Form and Fixtures, Fittings and Contents Form.
• If you are selling a leasehold property, you also need to complete the Seller's Leasehold Information Form.

If you are buying

If you are re-mortgaging
