Probates with French Property
Services
We deal with English probates which include French assets. Our service includes:
- Advising on devolution of the estate in France
- Inheritance tax in France and the UK under the UK France Tax Treaty
- Liaising with the notaire
We only act in such matters if we are instructed on both the UK and French estate. We will not act in respect of the French estate only.
